The San Diego Union-Tribune has selected Buffini & Company as a “Top Workplace in San Diego” based on employee feedback and job satisfaction.
CARLSBAD, Calif. The company was ranked 10 out of 25 companies that received recognition in the mid-sized company category. The survey went out to more than 2,100 employers, and determined the winners from an employee engagement survey that considered the company’s approach to engagement, execution and connection.
