Buffini & Company Settles Into New Headquarters at Palomar Oaks Court in Carlsbad
Carlsbad, CA—July, 2012: Buffini & Company, the largest real estate Coaching and training company in North America, has moved into a new custom-built facility at 6349 Palomar Oaks Court near McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, California.
The demolition and remodel of the new Buffini & Company headquarters, a nearly 30,000 square-foot facility, was completed in 12 weeks, a very short amount of time for a construction project of its scale. While the new headquarters have been completely refurbished, Buffini & Company called this site home several years ago.
“Many of the long-time staff have said that we’ve come home. This is where it all began many years ago. This building is beautiful, it has great energy and being here is going to help us do what we do best – impact and improve the lives of people,” said Brian Buffini in a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, July 20.
The move is part of the company’s desire to improve efficiency, enhance operations and it secures Buffini & Company long into the future. Most importantly, the new building encourages collaboration between staff and fosters a sense of community that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
