San Diego Business Journal Names Dermot Buffini CEO of the Year Finalist

(October 1, 2020) — For the second year in a row, Dermot Buffini, chief executive officer of Buffini & Company, was honored as a finalist for the San Diego Business Journal 2020 CEO of the Year Awards. Top executives from several major San Diego-based companies were nominated for the award, which recognizes growth-oriented chief executives dedicated to the success of their company, clients and the San Diego community.

Out of nearly 200 nominations, there were 100 selected finalists and only seven winners. Nominees came from small, medium and large businesses across multiple industries including biotech, finance and non-profit organizations.
